Louie Nguyen aka long-dragon (Vietnamese translation of his name), or Lou Bear as the residents affectionately know him as, has been a standout member of the JoD team since the Summer of 2021, where he always goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being and happiness of the residents.
Louie shows great initiative, works long hours, and is always willing to help a co-worker out on short notice when a shift needs covering.
In addition to being a dedicated staff member, Louie is a talented cook who’s air fried chicken sandwich would put some of the best restaurants to shame!
